Main Street works get under way again in earnest

Contractors are now fully back to work in the Main Street as part of the regeneration works. The section between Intrigue and The Foundary is now open only to pedestrian activities.

Motorists who are ignoring the road closed signs and driving up the Main Street with nowhere to go are causing a few problems but it is hoped that motorists will start to realise the Main Street is currently a no through road.
