Video of the 2010 excavation of Kilwinning Abbey grounds
10 JuneHere's some great video of last year's excavation of Kilwinning Abbey grounds.
The dig in August and September 2010 saw around 80 volunteers carefully dig through the Abbey grounds in search of clues to our local history.
Finds included human remains, medieval pottery and gaming boards, and an animal bone spoon.
