Silver Arrow Returned

I was in the crowed with my mother that day. That was me standing on the front row with my arms folded and in short pants with my mother the last lady next to me. To see The Royal Company of Archers marching into McGavin park to present the Trophy to Provost. Some of the Archers showed us there skills that day it was amazing to see.

Myself and David Graig joined in 1954 some of the members I remember are Mr. Walker, Mr. Travers, Bob Mckee ( my Scout Master ), Andrew McKee and Ronald Lavalette, we would meet every Saturday morning at McGavin Park, it was a great Club.
