Kilwinning Friends of the AYRSHIRE HOSPICE.
Kilwinning Friends was formed in February 1987 to assist in raising funds for the establishment of the AYRSHIRE HOSPICE. As a result of fundraising by many groups and individuals throughout Ayrshire the HOSPICE, located at 35/37 Racecourse Road, Ayr, opened its doors to the first patients in 1989.

All Hospice services are free of charge and patients are referred by their GP or hospital consultant and are accepted on the basis of medical need, regardless of background, religion or culture.
